Shipping
All items will be shipped through the US Mail and in the U.S., will be insured. We have found the service to be excellent. First class shipping is free. If you would like priority shipping in the U.S. please add $5.00, for express mail US $20.00. Let us know in the special request box on the order form and your card will be charged the extra amount. If using Paypal, please paypal the additional amount to macsgems@aol.com.
Mail to Canada is sent First class at no extra charge. The USPS website states 6-10 days but it can take up to 4 weeks as I have no control once I mail the package.
We are NOT responsible for lost international orders!
Shipping Time
Most items will be shipped within 48 hours unless we are away at a show. Special orders may take 2 - 4 weeks.
We usually ship international orders once a week.
Returns
We will accept returns within 14 days. Merchandise must be received by us in the same condition as it was received by you. Because we have free shipping, refund is for purchase price minus $10 restocking fee. If you decide to order from us again, please remind us and we will credit your restocking fee. No restocking fee is charged on exchanges.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.
Korite Special Orders
Special orders from Korite can take about 4 weeks to receive. We have no color choice on these, but Korite always produces beautiful jewelry. Since this is a special order, as stated above, NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.
International Orders
International orders are shipped free. Some countries allow insurance and others do not. Most priority international shipping is $19.99. Please be aware if your country has a handling charge and any taxes. I have no control over these charges once I ship.
International orders are shipped at your own risk. Once international orders are shipped and I can email a postal receipt, I am NOT responsible for lost items that are not insured, I have no control over the postal service once it leaves my possession.
International orders using a credit card must have the same shipping address as credit card billing address.
I must be able to verify the credit card address and CVC #. If this is not possible, money must be sent through Western Union.
We do not send credit card orders to Nigeria! We do not accept Cashiers checks over the amount of purchase!
